Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes

 

 

What is your refund policy?

 

We do not accept returns on custom painted items, if an item is damaged during shipping we will be happy to fix the item and return to you.  Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.  A 50% deposit is required for any commission work, deposit is non refundable.

How do I track my order?

 

All shipping orders will be provided a tracking number from USPS

 

What is your fulfillment policy?

 

Orders can take anywhere from 45-90 days to fulfill, depending on size of order and workload.  We provide free shipping on domestic orders over $100 with first class mail from USPS.  We also offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express options from USPS.
